Hi, I have H1b approval for 2008 quota; I have not gone for
Visa interview so far. I am planning to go for an interview
in January 2009. Will there be any issue if I delay my
interview schedule as US economy is going down steadily.

No Problem you can go to interview at any time.its beeter
to go as late as possible as per the economy condition.

I got H1B stamped in year 2008(september) for 2 years and it got expired on 2010,with myself ever going to US...can I file for extention
Hello All, Recently my brother had interview @mumbai consulate although he got H1petion in CHENNAI.unfortunately he had applied fake experience letter from mumbai company.I think they VFS had verified it. On the day of the interview the consulate got him fake and made him write that it was a fake experience letter and gave this statement"WE WILL PROCESS YOUR WITHDRAWAL REQUEST". luckily they left him with passpot as he is higly qualified,nothing is mentioned in passport. Now my question is: 1. can he apply in future for USA again. 2.I heard that he cannot apply in his LIFE TIME, how far it is TRUE"-- Appreciate your Kindly HELP Advice: If you apply make sure some or other answer your call.

H1B approved in October 2008 I got H1B Approval NoticeI-797B form which is valid from 3rd October 2008 to 21st September 2011.i still did'nt went for Visa stamping.I would like to ask few questions in this regard. 1.When is the correct time to go for stamping? 2.As i have applied from a consultancy so do i need to take any new employment offer letter from a new YYY company? 3.Presently i am working in XXX company?What should i carry from this XXX company? 4.If visa interviewer asks "If ur visa is been approved long time back then why you are coming now?" I was attened for H1b in chennai embassy,on nov14th 2005, but its in Admin Query, after few months exactly 364 days i got a personnel interview, in that they said we r sending ur file to INS because u dont have background computers, but in MBA i have computers subject i said, and i too worked in Canada for 1.5 years. Till Now i did't get the status, no response what to do....

I joined this company with the help of 2years of fake experience certificate.Now,My Present company recommend my name for H1 visa.As per my knowledge they will ask all my previous experience details at the time of visa application.
