I hav got north east circle ,ie GUWAHATI CIRCLE ,but i
haven't filled this circle as my three preferences,
I basically belong to UP and a female candidate,this is
absolutely rediculous,


PLS help ,can any one tell me wat is the procedure ,for the
change of the alloted circle



And such a critical situation has happened ,i m now confused
whether to join or not


i need help ,i cann't wanna join norht east circle,pls guide me
