yes,we can also generator 4ph ,5ph,... AC but it very expensive
At the mean time transmission losses in india is above 27%
of power generation at 3ph AC.
let thick about losses,no.of conductor, generator &
transformer design & manufacturing cost all those thicks.
finally in india not possible generate 4ph ,5ph,...

If a surge divertor is required to be protected by 32 amp C Curve Circuit breaker does this limit the amount of protection from surges that you will acheive
