I’m running a Technical Writing Training Center for the
past 6 months. I'm from India. I intend to expand my
business in the areas of 'US English Accent training,
geting accrediated by a US University . can i apply for b1
visa citing these reasons with my brother as sponsor. (my
brother is holding us citizenship)

dear friend,
my suggestion is as below,
1, get a business lead in usa and get a invitation letter
fro them to obtain a b1 visa.
2, or if you try through your brother for new business in
usa then definitely the chances to obtain is very low
instead you can use your brother to sponsor for a b2 visa
where after you travel to states you can get clients to
obtain b1 visa later.
3, also there are many chances that you may obtain b1/b2
multiple entry visa on you b2 visa.

Hi, I have 1.5 years experience in international IT company. We are exhibiting in world largest event in USA related to our solution. I have all the documents and call letter from USA and my company provide me all the expanses. My application was rejected without any reason. I asked others for the reason they say you never visit any country before so are are rejected. It is true ? Hi - I had attended US B1 visa interview on 19th July 2017 (Wednesday) and I got "rejected". The The counselor had given the reason for 214 (B) section, I got 30 reasons for rejection after I had checked in google, Can someone help me? Hi, I have applied the form for US visa. In this form i applied for a business visit visa(B1/B2). Although when i went to schedule the interview date the clas type B1/B2 falls under 2 categories(purpose of travel)i.e Business and Tourist. Recently (February 2011) i got rejected for B1 visa. Visa consoler gave the reason that you didn't convince the visa consoler. My company is making arrangement to send me for second interview in March 2011. Actually my question is, in checking counter they asked me to take only the receipt, passport, confirmation slip and appointment letter to the US consoler. But I have an invitation letter from my client which specifies my schedule plan on my visit. Can I attach that plan document while giving the passport and other documents to the consoler?
