Hi, I have H1b approval for 2009 quota; I have not gone for
Visa interview so far. I am planning to go for an interview
in month of may. Will there be any issue if I delay my
interview schedule as US economy is going down steadily.

But My spouse is in USA with B1 visa, she will be back shortly. what can i say about my wife if the officer asked any question ( dou you have any immediate realtion in USA .. like)? Kindly help me.

Hi All, I am working for a CMM level 5 company from last 1.4 years. I joined this company with the help of 2years of fake experience certificate.Now,My Present company recommend my name for H1 visa.As per my knowledge they will ask all my previous experience details at the time of visa application. Hi, I have 5 years work experience ( 2yrs in marketing and 3 yrs in BPO-technical support) and have been to California (currently holding B1 multiple entry visa for 10 years). Qualification: B.com (Computer's) Now I am planning to apply H1 visa. Hi, I am working for Company X and Company Y, which I will join after Visa approved has already filed my H1 and I need to take an appointment. Now my Company X is planning for my Visa which could be L or H. What I am afraid of is that if I dont join the Company Y for which I may getthe Visa stamped or "Pending for administrative processing" inwhich they may keep my passport. Hi All, This is karthik from bangalore, I have applied for my H1B and it got selected in lotto and it's approved on June 19 2008.Now i am waiting for mu interview date.
