HI THIS IS KHAGESWAR ,YES YOU MAY TREAT THIS AS LIKE AS A
PRE-PAID EXP.E AND WHEN EVER THE ACTUAL EXPENDITURE OCCURRED
YOU HAVE TO WRITE OFF THE SAME TO PLA .
