salary is paid monthly or yearly to the clerical and
managerial personnel who are rendering their services to
the organisation physically and mentally while wages are
paid to the lower level workers(unskilled)
hourly,weekly,fortnightly whose services are directly
related to the production of the organisation and who give
their physical efforts only to the organisation.
