Six sigma is tool for quality improvement or tracking.
It will reflect process capability or process capability
index.
If any process achieve six sigma means 3.4 defect per
millions. Than means every 1 million product give only 3.4
nos of failure.
Every company have 20 % contribution of quality so to
prevent that cost of quality six sigma implemented for
tracking.
