Active Power is real power ,which is utilised to do work.
it is denoted as VI X P.F.
REACTIVE POWER IS USED TO GENERATE MAGNETIC FIELD.
VECTOR SUM OF ACTIVE & REACTIVE POWER IS APPERENT POWER.
