the state-run hospitals and dispensaries
1 Have the right-fundamental, legal, moral and equitable- to
go on strike.

go on strike with 20 days prior intimation to the government.
3 Have no right-fundamental, legal, moral and equitable-to
strike work under certain conditions,

go on strike.

strike is legal right under industrial dispute act 1947
and not a fundamental right under our constitution
