IN COLOR PICTURE TUBE THERE IS COATING OF RED,GREEN& BLUE
PHOSPHOR WHEN LIGHT FALL ON THIS COATING DEPENDING UPON THE
INFORMATION IT MAKE COLOR COMBINATION.IF IT ILLUMINATE
THERE COLOR SIMULTANOSLY THEN IT IS WHITE COLOR
