As i has very short period of time. I dint do that. my
university had accepted my application and issued the i-20
too without gmat and toefl. moreover im a kindergarden in
my schooling. However if they need it in future will
definitely take these exams.

MY NAME IS CHRISTIAN ,I RECEIVED MY I-20FORM FROM CINCINNTISTATE TECHNICAL COLLEGE OHIO,MY QUETION IS THAT I FINISHED MY HIGH SCHOOL SINCE 2003.WHAT DO I SAY WHEN AM ASKED OF WHAT I HAVE BEEN DOING SINCE MY GRADUATION.CAN THE CONSULATE ACTUALLY GIVE ME A VISA JUDGING THAT I HAVE AN ORDINARY HIGH SCHOOL RESULT.I SCORED 120 IN MY TOEFL.

I had 5 backlogs and i said i had 3 backlogs.lied to visa officer about the backlogs.luck was not on my side he asked my marks sheet and he came to know that there are 5 backlogs and he asked me...i explained him that according to our university we can takeoff 2 subjects which is true and vo is slightly convinced but not sure he continued interview ...should there be any problem if i apply second time.
Hey I am willing to Aviator College for Professional Pilot training in which I will get training for commercial pilot also certified flight instructor ratings. This is an F1 visa program. hi, i am permananent resident of usa i want to sponser my wife when i get my citizenship which is late 2011(apon advice of lawyer friend) my wife is coming to usa for education(f-1) only thing left in her student visa is her interview all her documents are complete she is coming for 4 year education program. only thing I am worried about is can they deny her visa based on that me(her husband) is in usa. I do know while she is studying in usa and i become citizen and sponser her she does not have to go back to her country even after her visa is expired. if they bring this point up in interview what could they ask and what should be best reply thank you very much

I have applied for a few US universities for MS in EE for fall 09.Passed out B.Tech in 2004 with 67.6% and 9 backlogs,did PGDBA from Symbiosis through distance learning from 2005-2007 and 1 yr Graduate Diploma in Telecomm. Engg from Melbourne,Australia in 2007. My GRE 1250 and ielts 7 i am worried whether the gap in my studies and backlogs can create a problem.Why USA n not Australia for MS?
