P/V ratio or profit volume ratio is the ratio of change in
profit to change in sales it can be computed in any of the
following four methods:-
1)[Contribution/Sales]*100
2)[(Fixed Cost + Profit)/Sales]*100
3)[(Sales - Variable Cost)/Sales]*100
4)Change in Profit/ Change in Sales
