what is diff between Decode and case ? Give some Example?
Answer Posted / jj@hotmail.com
Decode is similiar to an if statement and is Oracle
specific. The Case statement is more universal. The case
statement is more efficient in that it will exit the logic
when it evaluates true. It is also easier to read.
