Transducer is a device which converts on form of energy to
other form of energy.simply from non-Electric quantity
(pressure, temperature etc) to an electric quantity(voltage
or current)
Transmitter is a device which helps to convert a signal(may
be electrical or non-Electrical) into a form suitable for
transmission over a large distance.
