Registrar of Companies with all details . 1. form 1A for
Name allotment and after that all details about new company
means nature of business , how meny directors of the
company, what is the capital amount , how meny shares for
each person, and correspondence address of the new company ,
after the allotted the name should submit memorandem and
arctiles of the company.
