FAT:
1>FAT is stands for file allocation table.

*FAT 16
*FAT 32
3>it is created in hard disk while compleating partition
4>16&32 bit of data is to be taken from H.D.D
5>it is not useful for servers
NTFS:
1>NTFS is stands for new technology file system
2>itis more security for user
3>disk quota is available
4>it is 3 types
*NT O/S (network operating system)
