LIGHTNING ARRESTOR IS NOT SUPPOSED TO CONDUCT AT POWER
FREQUENCY.
WHEREAS SURGE ARRESTORS ARE SUPPOSED TO CONDUCT AT POWER
FREQUENCY.
THIS IS THE FUNDAMENTAL DIFFERENCE .
