what is the differene between a view and table? for eg what
is v_512w and T_512w? what are the transaction codes for
both?

SM30 --> V_512W is a view. You can use this path to
change/delete/create entries. Once you have done the
changes, you can goto SE16 --> T_512W to download these
entries to an excel sheet and send it for validation.
