SAP CRM consultants can be Technical or Functional or
Techno-functional.
1. Job of CRM Functional Consultants is to study and
understand the client requirements by doing the initial
requirement gathering. After that is done, he is supposed
to provide the most optimum functional solution to the
client. Then he has to categorize the requirements and
prepare functional specifications for each requirment.
He is also involved in the customizing or configuration.
2. If the requirement needs any coding/custom developments
then technical consultants come into picture. They develop
the application with the help of programming. Thus,
Technical consultants actually implement the functionality
required.
3. Techno-functional consultants do both of the above jobs.
