As per the client requirement the test case are written
but specification can be developed by tester, they have to
fullfill the needs of the client in such way they have to
develop the code as well as without bugs

You must test a trouble report where the problem cannot be reproduced. You tried using various test data files and mutations from the data files the customer sent along with the trouble report. The software does not fail the way it did at the customer's site.
When first time we are testing the screen then we have to write that this screen should contains so & so columns [ suppose there r 10 columns on that screen]in the expected result
