ok we need 35 host and we have a class c address
now
2^n-2>=35
n=required bit for host
thus
n=6
that is we need six bit for host forn geting 35 hest per n/w
now how many spare bit we have
that is 8-6=2
thus take it for the n/w
then what is the mask of that sunated
i.e
128 64 32 16 8 4 2 1
1 1 0 0 0 0 0 0
that is mask of the last octect is 128+64=192
scince it is a class c address
thus complete mask shoud be
255.255.255.192
hence answer is a
no need to option byse calulation some above caluted it
option bise a wrong approch that was
