am going to attend the H1B visa interview for US in the
October. i am testing engineer.
I would like to know that US company which filing my HIB is
a consulting company,having 27 employees.
They provided me all the documents,Ina come tax papers
employees salary details,photos,Offer letter except Client
papers. is it problem for me in embassy

Even if you are going to work for internal project, then
you would need complete project details to be shown to the
VO, if asked for....

I have done BE in Mechanical and have 2 years 9 months of experience in IT company (completing 3 years in dec). Have been to US on B1 visa March 2010 . Given my background of engineering and experience, am I eligible for H1B visa in 2010 ? Please help as my H1B is initiated at my company an I fear it will be closed on count of lesss experience.

Hi guys, I worked in USA on OPT from july 07 to july08 for employer A. Same employer A applied for my H1B and got approved with start date of 1 oct 2008. I returned to india within my 60 days F1 grace period in sep 08. In DS156 form should i write i am employed or no?

Here is my background: B1/B2 Valid till 2016 Company C Travelled on it L1B valid till 2011 Company B Never Travelled on it H1B Valid Petition till 2011 Company A Not Stamped yet. Going for it. 1. Is there any problem getting H1B stamped as I have not travelled on L1B? 2. Will my L1B cancelled, once H1B got stamped? 3. Hi, My company has initiated H1b for me...am not sure, on my appliaction. This is because: 1. An from non IT background[Mech engg] & have only 2.3 years of IT exp 2. I did my Engg after my diploma in mechanical. Guidelines says it should be [10+2+4]...But i have [10+3+3].. Please answer this...Am very confused...
