where the closing stock appear in Trial Balance?
Answer Posted / prashanth 09849535484
Closing stock is a asset at the end of the year.
It is considered in the trading account means it does not
mean that it is income/expense.Instead of deducting from
the purchase it was taken on the credit side.
If the purchase adjusted before the closing the trial
balance, then it can be taken on the debit side of trial
balance.
