Hello, i am planning to open a virtual store on a well know website in USA with two american business partners, they agreed to sponsor me and provide a residence for me, i will be responsible for managing as well as shipping & handling of the merchandise, i dont have any work experience in managing, my question is...can i apply for a working visa in US? Hi, I have applied the form for US visa. In this form i applied for a business visit visa(B1/B2). Although when i went to schedule the interview date the clas type B1/B2 falls under 2 categories(purpose of travel)i.e Business and Tourist. I have all the documents and call letter from USA and my company provide me all the expanses. My application was rejected without any reason. Hi! I got rejected for my visitor visa for U.S.A. I am a CA in India and have my own firm. I also work at a company as a consultant. When they asked about, what i do for living, i said i have my own firm and didn't mention about my consulting job. They gave me reason stating that they think i am going to stay in U.S.A.
