Because the purpose of visit to the USA is obtain my
master's degree which my admission and I-20 form has
confirmed my intention. Additionally, I am assuring that my
stay in the United State will be ephemeral and is to acquire
mastery in my career line so that i will be flexible in my
country labour market no matter what the economy says. My
study leaves letter, payslips and bank statement proves that
i will surely return to my country prior the terminal of my
study permit. Your kind consideration will be highly
appreciated and never forgotten Sir/Ma.

i was interview ,the consulate ask me two question,why i choose the university,and i convinced him with that,secondly he ask me what is my sponsor i told him my uncle,he ask what he does i said an accountant in a school and firm,he send with the code that state i did not show capability to complete study for my bachelor program with enough finance and i dont have enough tie,i plan to lie this time for my next appointment in addition to what i gave.what do u thinK?

I am currently working with well known US based MNC since last 3 years but I want to pursue my masters. I have got an admit from MST,rolla (US) for this fall semester and I am planning to appear visa interview this monthend. My doubts are, 1) What questions would VO ask me? 2)I was rejected a business visa (B1) in april '11 (first rejection) will it affect F1 visa? 3)what if F1 visa got rejected this time? can i reapply immediately? 4)what are the rules if US visa got rejected twice? I am planning to do my higher studies in Fall 2010. I am getting married in June 2010 and I want to do my higher studies in F1 visa. My queries are as follows: Is it true that we cannot pursue higher studies in H4 visa for atleast an year? In what way does the marital status affect my chances of getting F1 visa?
