if an employee working in our company with salary 10000 per
month.
up to december the salary was given.
company has given a hike of 5000 to the employee in the
january month 2009
this hike salary to be added from the month september 2008

BY GENARATING ONE PAYROLL RECORD WE CAN UPDATE HIKE SALARY
FROM SEPTMBER MONTH TO TILL MONTH, NO NEED TO GENERATE 5
PAYROLL RECORDS.
