IN bateery size of positive is biger than negative .why?

The battery potentials hardly matter with the size.The size
depeds on the capacity of the supply the battery gonna
provide,rendering the size completely immaterial.batteries
for car deliver 12 volts dc have much higher size that the
flashlight ones.
