AFTER LOADING THE DATA INTO STAGE TABLE USING SQL LOADER,
WE WILL WRITE THE VALIDATION PROGRAM.
IN THIS VALIDATION PROGRAM WE WILL WRITE CODE TO RESTRICT
DUPLICATE RECORDS.
SO ONLY VALID RECORDS ONLY TRANSFERRED INTO INTERFACE TABLE.
