IN A THERMAL POWER PLANT, WHY IS THE USED STEAM CONDENSED
INTO WATER AND THEN SENT BACK TO THE BOILER, WHY NOT
DIRECTLY REHEAT THE SAME STEAM??

Pumping of wet steam is difficult and it will damage the
pump impeller or baldes, scale formation, improper ph
value, having non condensable gases.
