is tht negative is been connectd or where it is grounded...?

actually the top most line is the power line.the second
line is also power line.the connecting wires between the
two lines are called droppers.droppers give power from top
line to the second line.the negative comes from the
trails.at equi distant points they are earthed by iron rods.
