Now a days the procedure has changed. After selection and
facing interview at Consulate office particularly U.S.
embassay at mumbai They are giving a Questionnary Form
Which is to be filled through Internaet and They will take
about 2 weeks to eight weeks time to give an email call for
H1B visa samping on passport. There after The cases have
been reported that Consulate office have more than a month
time to return the Pass port. And some of the Applicants
have not received their poss port.There is a Cumbersome and
laybrinth process at us embassay at Mumbai and the
Applicants are facing plight on this matter.

hi, i am having dependent visa of h4 and i want h1b visa for working in U.S.A., please help me what type of questions they will ask for B.sc., computer science having no jo experience.
My certificates(10+2 onwards) are having the Surname of my parents mentioned but my Passport(which was made based on 10th certificate where even my name was without surname and I made it after changing my name adding the surname) is not having the surname of my parents mentioned. My question is, will it be a problem for me when I apply the H1B visa? I do have the US B1 visa. 1. I am currently working at CompanyA in L1B visa, I am going to apply H1B visa through CompanyB in March 2013. If the H1B Visa got approved, what is the proper procedure to get relieved from company A and join company B ? Will there be any legal issues? 2. I am going to apply for H1B Visa next month. My company processed the H1B visa for. Propably I will get the interview date by next month. I have 20 days overlap in one of my previous experience. i.e. Company A Service certificate shows 4 Jan 2005 to 25 Jun 2006, Company B shows 5 Jun 2006 to 16 Apr 2008. Hi I am working with XYZ company and the employer is appilying for H1B visa.I have lost the tax filed returns form ITR form of 2009-2010 assessment year but I ahev the form 16 where the tax payable amount is zero there .I ahve the cheque which I got 160 Rs as the refund amount .Will it be a hurdle for my H1B visa stamping.
