If there is valid contrct between two persons it is forced
by law but in this case the object of the cotract is void
it is not enforced by Law.To marry is valid but for some
cosideration is invalid there for C can't sui for money.

Hi I am Paranita, I am holding H1B visa from 15-Jan-2012 and valid for next 3 years.
