I am B.Tech graduate having 56% of aggregate and 33 backlogs. IELTS- 6.5 and GRE- 295. What are the chances of getting visa? Suggest me a few universities, who can accept and issue I20.

HI im currently a third year engineering student. I wish to do an internship in a strategic electronics department which is kind off in collaboration with DRDO,(basically releated to defence projects). The place where I live is not covered by DHL.So in order to get an expedite delivery of the SEVIS receipt I ordered the delivery to the address of one of my friends.Everywhere else however a different address(the one mentioned in my passport)is however mentioned.Can this fact affect my chances of getting a F1 VISA?
