i have face two rejection,i am a arts student who did his masters in public administration, during visa interview i was nervous, i gave wrong information to inteviewer, is their is any possibility of us student visa guide me plzzzzzzzzzzzz.
Do immigrant parents (They got green card just 6 months before) have great negative impact in getting F1 visa (student visa) when all other credentials are very good ? (I mean very good unergrad result, test scores, good financial strength in home country..)
what shall i answer if VO ask me that why this course and why u have change ur pharmacy field and want to do master in ESHM ,,,as i have done my Bachelors in pharmacy with good grades and now i want to pursue career in environmental section, so i have also received I-20 from the university as my program is M.S. in environmental safety and health management, i found there is a wide scope in this field.
Why this course only and how it is help you in future ?
I am flo from france and I am currently studying in London. I have the opportunity of taking a design course over the summer at an american university so I need a visa F1. The university pays their student to study for the summer as they are doing a project in partnership with companies. Am I able to be paid by the uni with a VISA F1? Also, can I apply for a visa in London instead of going back to France for the embassy appointment? Thank you to everyone who could help me!!
ihave applied for f1 visa for summer 2008 term.........if i get visa for that can i deffere my admission to fall 2008 term as my college is permitting so? do i need to reapply for f1 visa in case i deffere my admission with my colleges permission
I have done my B tech in civil engineering in 2005 and since then i m working in same profession as a designer as well as project manager.i wanted to go for higher studies in between but my finances did not allow me.SO now i Got admission from NDSU ,Fargo. Got my i-20 also. They did not require GRE but i gave and got less marks.I don't want to show Marks as its very less marks and can be negative effect....can I go without GRE marks..? Also for I-20, i showed 70% my finances and 30 percent my friend who is working in USA has shown as a sponsor...but now i have arranged the money from bank as a education loan.so will they accept that..?if not what document i have to show of my sponsor.

hi frnds .my visa got rejected on june 15th.i think it might b due to my less gre score.i scored 810 in gre n 88 in toefl.vo askd me these ques..1.y this university? 2.wht specialization u want to do in ur field? 3.whts ur aggregate in ur graduation? 4.how many backlogs? 5.whts ur gre? i answered all well but she told tht u r not qalified.i didnt askd the reason.again i am applying on july 8th.wht reason i shud give if they ask y u got rejected for the first time and wht reason i shud give for my less gre score.i heard tht many persons got visa who r much less than me in gre score.my aggregate is 62% n only 2 backlogs in graduation tht too cleared in first atempt.plz help me out...

HELP my visa interview was on 21st dec...n i got denied reason being that my siblings are there. They are legal permanent residents who have settled there...the visa officer deined me the visa saying that i wont come back as my siblings also went on F-1 visa. I am planning to apply again reply to this plzzzzzzzzz
i have 12 backlogs in my btech and 18 certificates in total...my question is will the visa officer consider my backlogs or certificates??many told me that u will have a problem if u have too many certificates...will he prefer the final certificate or all these certificates?please do answe r me...i have 85%in 10th and 80% in 12th and 65 in btech...312 gre score and 110 toefl..will he consider me?
Hi , I have finished by B.E in 2006 ,after that i have been working in Infosys from 2006 till date.My company has a policy where i can avail a 1.5 yrs - 2 yrs of leave. Can i tell this reason to the visa interviewer when he asks for the reason for me to come back home ..India ?? I have applied for the university last year but differed the application due to personel reasons.. in case the visa interview asks me can i tell me that " as i was in middle of some project i couldnt take up the course last year .." I’m waiting for my final SEM result for BE in Information Technology. I’m intending to carry on with my studies in master in CSE or IT in United States. I’ve two years of backlog one in first year of Diploma and second in First year (SECOND YEAR OF ENGG. Since diploma) of engineering. After diploma I was in some other university, but since I got a year drop I changed my university since I was finding it difficult to get adjusted and hence changed my university. Now, I’m about to complete my graduation but have a very low aggregate percentage with couple of DEAD ATKT. Now, will this affect my chances of getting admission in top 20 or 30 university of US even after passing GRE and TOFEL with high numbers or Even if I get admission will I be rejected in VISA interview or getting a job experience of 2 years along with couple of certifications, help me in any form which will increase my chances of getting admissions and also clearing VISA interview.
