What is the difference between EARTH & NEUTRAL?
Answer Posted / kalpesh soni
EARTH: In a residental supply system earthing works as a
ground to leakage inductive current & neutral works as a
complate circuit on the basis of electrical meter in a
residental supply system earth works as a neutral but
neutral does not work as a earth Now in a 3ph delta
connection neutral is not applicable but here earth is very
useful to prevent high shock for s.c & now in a 3ph star
connrction neutral or earth are useful to balance the
load
