hai..,This is Kiran..,
Common error will get while Extraction ,Transforming and
loading the data into target.
1.Data Type Mismatches(eg:non-numeric field in numeric
field).
2.null values in not null fields.
3.fields size different.
4.data type sizes between sorce to target.
