i got job selection order from decon engg
hrd,tamilnadu,india.they are also demanding me 2000 rs. &
saying that after 3 day they will give me a joinig letter,
there web site is www.deconengg.net & postal address is
decon engg(govt. hrd)no-236 coimbatore -641044.I submitted
my resume to them and after that they didnt conduct any
interview... can i believe this or its just a fake..

Dear job aspirants,

i am a senior person working in the software industry and i
can vouch that no company will allow even a single stranger
candidate without interview, unless it is being run by a
bunch of jokers. Honesty, performance and quality is so
crucial to them, that companies even go back and check for
the genuineness of their already working staff. Apart from
poor performance, there are cases we all know where
companies weeded out their existing employees who gave fake
certificates, wrong experience claims or for any kind of
indiscipline they have shown at the workplace, which is very
difficult for them due to legal issues etc. Thus the
interview is mandatory. So feel how serious they are about
it. No consultancy will ask you any money for searching a
job for you. Know that these consultancies will be paid by
the company. At least an amount equal to one month of your
salary as commission for providing you as a suitable
employee for them. As a person who conducted interviews, i
can tell you that from the company's side, it is extremely
difficult to get the right person for the right job. Taking
wrong employee will destroy the organization. So companies
pay these agencies. No agency can guarantee that you will be
appointed. A candidate need not pay anything to anybody. Use
popular job-sites like naukari.com, monster.com,
timesjobs.com etc etc. where companies pay to these sites
and search for suitable resumes. Reply only to direct
interview calls from companies or direct interview calls
through an agency on behalf of a company who will never
charge you any money. Remember, in the HR industry, getting
a right resume for free is extremely important. If worth, a
serious HR agency will die for your resume.

Decon Engg (HRD) - Look at the application form and covering
letter. Such a company with so many clients cannot even
write a professional letter without mistakes!? Why would
somebody type "for office use" inside the space to be used ?
because they don't intend to do so. No, I will not point out
all the foolish mistakes inside the call-letter itself. Let
them show what they are. At least a few candidates will get
suspicious seeing that. Occasionally one may get a job, so
that they can extend the life span of their fraudulent
activities. Sure that DIVYA(MBA) is a blood-sucking .

Job-sites must warn in bold about these cheats at their
websites. Also do not know why these DIVYA(MBA) etc is
lurking scott-free.
