What is effect of power factor on change in voltage
Answer Posted / badshah
Decrease in Power Factor, increases the Current flow
throught the circuit, which in turn cause more Cu.losses
(I^2*R) & Voltage Drop (I*R). It affects the supplier very
much, costing more power loss & Poor Voltage Regulation. It
also increase the Consumption cost more for the consumer.
