recruitment is a process of hiring the right candidate for
the right position in the company, recruitment also means
where the company HR short lists all the candidates, so
that they give the names to the higher authority to decide
which are the candidates who can fit into the need of there
company...this is an on going process for every company who
is hiring candidates for there organization.
