To download Sybase ASE ( Developer edition ) which is free
and very easy install, please visit the following link.
Download "Sybase ASE 15.0 for Windows x86" if you OS is
windows. Along with the download , the Sybase gives
detailed instructions on how to install, learn and use the
Sybase ASE.

PN: "Sybase ASE" is the database name ; 15.0 is the
version; windows x86 is what you want as you have a windows
OS on your PC.
