with help of multi meter .... keep meter knob to ufarad range,
example:capacity of capacitor is 500micro farad.
connect two terimnals of meter to capacitor leads and
observe the readings....if its shows approx value means
490ufarad ,then capacitor is said to be in working
condition........ if it does not shows approx readings ,then
its conformed capacitor is damaged...........
