Debenture is a document issued by company as a evidence of
debt due from the company.
similrly bond also same meaning but Indian Security Market
Bond refer to the issued by Governament Debenture refer to
the issued by the Companies.

Why in a cash book receipts are debited while the same if received in our books recepits are credited. Why does cash book have a rule to debit receipts and credit payments.
