THIS IS NOT GOING TO BE AN ANSWER TO THE QUESTION.
Adrian, I must absolutely agree with you - I am sorry boys
and girls from this forum (and I believe all from Asian
subcontinent) but you have no bloody clue about HR! Your
answers are vague, in most cases don't make any sense, not
to mention lots of grammatical mistakes... If you tend to
answer this way during an interview, I see no future for
you, or even worse - no future for HR within the
organization that hires you!
