In tax Invoice this is the compulsary requirement that the
party should have the same state and he must have TIN no.It
is Local Sale.
Retail Invoice is for Central Sales in which CST is not
must becoz those states like Silvassa etc where there CST
is not applicable are also liable to receive retail inviece.
