winding temperature measurement is carried out in an
indirect method in a power transformer. There is a CT which
replicates the current in the winding of any 1 of the
phases & heats up a heater using the secondary current of
the CT which in turn heats transformer oil in an enclosure.
This in turn causes delection in the winding temperature
indicator accordingly.
