tell 2 reasons for why only copper is used in domestic
wires& only alluminium in transmission lines ?
Answer Posted / suresh
the same for home &
in transmission we have to transmit long distance if we use
copper its(costly&weight)when compared to alum.& distance
b/w the pole is decrease
and due to capacitive sending end Volt SEV < REV if v use
alum some Wat it will reduce.( HV the current flow around
the cable not inside the wire y should v use costly
copper).in LV current flow inside the cable
