why is not modelling illegal eventhough it is based on

There are actually many models that have very unique faces
which many people might consider unattractive, and plus size
models can do just as well as other models. However in the
same way that being a surgeon requires certain things
(College degrees, experience, steady hands) modeling
requires certain things like a body type that will fit best
into the clothes they are advertising, or the ability to
walk on a runway properly. Its all about which things you
are best at or what role you are best able to fulfill.
Agencies want individuals who they feel will best be able to
fulfill their clients needs
