Why use the VCB at High Transmission System ? Why can't use
ACB? Pls explain the ans.

vcb means "vaccume" at higher potential there is a chance
of ionization of air molecules but if it is vaccume there
is no chance at all for ionization.

What is the need of earthing transformer for delta side of a transformer. (Think of a line section between a star/delta transformer at a grid substation and delta/star transformer at a village.
