first of all,the good qualities of a P.O. is to do
evreything that is bringing all the regular activities
done, in a coordinating manner because a lot coordination
is required in the job of a P.O.Secondly,as coordination
involves a lot human interaction...ther must be a good
leader inside a P.O.Thirdly,a P.O. is like the captain of
the ship and therefore the decion taking and making is the
or should be the sole quality of a P.O.Last but not the
least,the quality of not doing anything that may point to
the inability on the part of P.O.

Is an RBI Grade B officer likely to be transferred once he is allocated a position at one of the RBI branches? I am currently a PO in SBI. Compared to that, can you kindly inform me: 1) Is the chance to be allocated to your home state more in RBI? 2)Is an RBI Grade B officer likely to be transferred once he is allocated a position at one of the RBI branches? 3) Is the salary,job satisfaction, comparable workload, pension etc substantially better in RBI than in SBI?
