kW is the power rating of electrical appliances. kWH is the
energy consumed by that appliance.
If you multiply the kW of appliance with time in hours, it
will give you kWH of that appliance for that paticulat
interval of time.
suppose an appliance rated as 100kW is connected (and
switched on) with the supply for 2 hours the the unit
consumed will be 100x2= 200kWH i.e. 200Unit.
